Allows only 250 submissions in a day. For 20$ a week, that’s low, especially if you intend to do intensive practice closer to the exam date. I won’t have subscribed had I known that there was this limitation

This app is very misleading. It advertised a 1-week free trial, saying I could try the app and get a full refund if I didn’t like it. However, after only 3 days, I was charged for a one-month subscription. On top of that, my access became restricted, and I couldn’t even browse more practice samples as promised.

Now my money is stuck, and I wasn’t even able to use the app for the full trial period. This feels unfair and deceptive. I hope the developers resolve this issue and refund customers who were charged incorrectly. I would not recommend this app unless they make their subscription and trial terms much clearer.

I am very disappointed with this app. After purchasing a new subscription, I am experiencing the same serious bug that happened with my previous subscription.

The screen does not scroll up or down anywhere in the app, making it impossible to use. This is not an iPad issue—my device works perfectly with every other app. The problem exists only in this app.

I had this exact issue before, and your team fixed it, but after renewing my subscription, the bug has returned. I also cannot contact support because the support email is not working.

I need this issue to be fixed as soon as possible.

Helps for the real exam but on iPad or iPhone the page is not fitting the screen and possibly to scroll

Crashes b/w activities and sometimes won’t record/finish the complete task.

Too expensive for an app which crashes.

Moreover, say for speaking, the evaluation didn’t include comments by sessions for criterion’s like vocabulary, coherence etc etc, which are just standard response in other AI tools.

This app use to works so smooth till last week . the new update is not convenient. for example in the speaking section. the new lay out is bad i have to scroll up and down while describing a picture and checking the timer at the same time . please fix it make the timer on the top so it easier to check the time left . the previous version was user friendly. thankyou . i hope u will fix it soon
