## What is Celuna?

Caring for someone with dementia means holding a hundred small things in your head at once. The blue pill at eight. Thursday's appointment. Whether today was better or worse than last Tuesday. What the neurologist asked you last time, and what you forgot to say.

Celuna holds them for you.

WHAT IT KEEPS

Medications — what to give, when, and whether it's been given. Morning, afternoon and evening, each in its own colour, so a glance tells you where the day stands. Reminders come from your own phone, and in a shared circle they ring for every caregiver, so whoever is there can give it.

The daily check-in — one tap for the kind of day it was, and a line about anything you noticed. Nothing clinical. Just what you saw, in your words.

Appointments and the care team — who they are, when you're seeing them, who's driving, and what was said when you did. See the day, the week or the month at a glance, and add any appointment to your own iPhone calendar in a tap.

Memories — record their stories in their own voice, while there's still time to. Everyone in the circle can add one.

Documents — the power of attorney, the insurance card, the discharge letter. Photographed once and always findable.

The handoff card — everything a helper needs to know, ready to print, for the evening you finally get to go out.

SHARING THE CARE

Caring alone is the hardest way to do it. Invite a sister, a neighbour, a paid carer — you send them a short code, and from then on you all see the same medications, the same calendar and the same notes, each on your own phone.

Give each person a role: a co-caregiver who can log everything, or an observer who can see the record but not change it. Care shifts anyone can claim. A circle chat with photos and @mentions. One conversation instead of six group texts.

One subscription covers everyone in the circle, not one each.

FOR THE DOCTOR

Fifteen minutes with a specialist is not long enough to remember six weeks. Celuna turns everything you've logged into one clear PDF — the pattern of good and hard days, the readings, the medications — so you walk in with the answers already written down.

It even shows when the hard moments cluster. Capture what you see — what set it off, what settled it — and the summary surfaces the late-afternoon "sundowning" pattern, and what's changed lately.

It is a record of what you observed. It is not a diagnosis, and it never pretends to be.

NO STREAKS. EVER.

Most apps punish you for missing a day. Caregiving days are not yours to control, and a broken chain is the last thing you need on a hard one.

Celuna counts care days instead. Five care days this week — not a streak; breaks don't erase them. Miss three days and nothing is lost, because nothing was ever being held against you.

AND FOR YOU

A breath, a glass of water, a private journal about your own day. You are half of this, and the app is built to say so — and your journal and your own check-ins stay on your phone, never sent to us and never shared with the circle.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS

Celuna works on your phone. Everything you log is saved on the device, and the whole app works in aeroplane mode. It's part of your iPhone's own backup too, so a new phone picks up where the old one left off.

Celuna sends nothing anywhere unless you invite somebody — and then your shared record reaches only the people you invited, and nobody else. No adverts. No trackers. No analytics. Nothing about your family is sold, or used to train anything.

WHAT IT COSTS

Everything above is free, with your full history and vitals kept as long as you like. Doctor summaries are free for your first three (and unlimited during the 7-day trial); after that they are part of Caregiver+.

Caregiver+ is the shared circle, and the activities and games. One subscription for everyone helping.

Celuna is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.3 — 2026-10-07

Version 1.3 — the week at a glance, and memories that keep their voice

One family, one record, on every phone.

• The calendar, redrawn. Switch between Day, Week, Month and an Agenda of what's coming. Each visit is coloured by its kind, and you can finally set who's driving — it reads "You" on their phone and their name on everyone else's.

• Memories that keep their voice. Recording has a calm screen of its own now: choose who's speaking, record, then name it. Each new recording keeps its own waveform, the same on every phone. Anyone in the circle can add one, and only the person who recorded it can delete it.

• Reminders on every caregiver's phone. A medication's reminder now rings for every caregiver in the circle, wherever it was added — and each phone can switch any one off. If reminders are off, or blocked in your iPhone's settings, the Meds tab says so.

• Care days the family shares. The petals count the circle's care days together, the same on every phone — and a missed day never resets the count.

• Your journal stays on your phone. Your journal and your own check-ins are never sent to our servers. And Celuna is now part of your iPhone's own backup, so a new phone picks up where the old one left off — journal too.

• A tidier Account & backup. Your account, your backups and this phone, in one calm place. "Export my data" lives there now.

And plenty you won't see: deletes reach every phone, an offline phone can no longer undo someone else's changes, finished tasks and past shifts tidy themselves away, readings and shifts can be removed, invite codes are harder to guess, and the doctor summary names the family who kept it.

As always: no streaks, no ads, no trackers. Celuna is not a medical device.

### 1.2 — 2026-09-17

Version 1.2 — sharing the care, and seeing the pattern

Everyone helps their own way now.

• Roles for the circle. Invite someone as a co-caregiver who can log everything, or as an observer who can see the record but never change it — for the relative who wants to keep an eye in without touching anything.

• The circle chat grew up. A full-screen conversation, photos you can share, and @mentions so the right person sees the message meant for them.

• Your calendar, on your phone. Add any appointment straight to your own iPhone calendar, or keep the whole schedule in sync there.

• A clearer picture for the doctor. Capture a "moment" when something happens — what set it off, what helped — and the summary now shows when the hard moments cluster, the late-afternoon "sundowning" pattern, and what's changed lately. Not just a list of days.

• A calmer daily check-in, a private journal that's yours alone, and a gentler way to see how the weeks have gone.

And plenty you won't see: we tightened how the shared circle guards your family's information, made an observer truly read-only everywhere, and made sure "Erase all data" clears everything on the phone.

As always: no streaks, no ads, no trackers. Celuna is not a medical device.

### 1.1 — 2026-09-05

Celuna 1.1 brings the whole family into the care.

• Your Circle — invite the people helping you into one private space. Everyone sees the same medications, calendar and notes on their own phone.
• Care shifts, shared tasks and a family chat — so nobody has to wonder who's covering what.
• Audio memories now sync privately to your Circle, so everyone can hear them.
• Gentle memory games you can build together.
• Caregiver+ — an optional subscription that unlocks sharing across the family and unlimited doctor-ready exports. The whole app still works, free, on your own phone.

Under the hood: faster syncing, steadier reminders with custom times, a smoother day rollover, and bug fixes

Thank you for trusting Celuna with something that matters.
