Here’s a look at the latest updates from sprints 35 and 36 that are now live: Tasking Expansion • Create non clinical tasks, so walkarounds, Gemmba’s or command meeting actions are captured, acted upon, and evidenced… • Assign tasks to people or roles org wide. Expanded Sitrep+ Log Capability • Define new Sitreps KPI’s for departmental task completion metrics, because we know incomplete tasks mean more congested departments and we can see the workload being asked of our teams in delivering the care to the patients within the ED. • External data sources and feeds are now supported in logs—richer insights, better decisions. Smarter Notifications • App push notifications are now more reliable—no more missed alerts! • Department-specific task alerts ensure the right people get notified at the right time. • Comment tagging now supports role-based mentions for smoother workflows. Mobile Experience Overhaul • Fixed input comment visibility on mobile app. • Several visual and structural updates to task lists, including when users are inactive or switching views. Bug Fixes That Make a Difference • Resolved task retrieval errors that were slowing you down. • Fixed annoying issues with unfilled KPIs in iOS. • Cleaned up pesky formatting issues—like missing parentheses in completed tasks. Hyperlink Support = More Power • You can now add hyperlinks in SR narratives, logs, and comments—educational logs and departmental learning SBAR’s containing links to further reading and resources can now take you straight there with 1 click Reporting Just Got Smarter • New alerts when reports are created—keeping everyone in the loop. • Export csv files are now clean and duplicate-free. Security & Access Improvements • Biometrics login issues on mobile have been squashed. • Invite links are easier to manage with streamlined access for DA/IA panel members. Any issues with email invites getting lost or blocked through nhs mail filters can be easily overcome making onboarding easier and smoother while maintaining safety.
