Application instable. L’envoi des codes de sécurité est aléatoire, par période cela fonctionne à d’autres les codes ne sont pas reçus. Le tout avec un service client qui ne prend pas en compte vos demandes et rappels. Bref si cela fonctionne croisez les doigts pour que cela dure. Perso je suis très déçue

A chaque mise à jour de l’app, il faut se connecter avec le QR envoyé lors de la souscription, que personne n’a sur soi lorsque l’app vous oblige à mettre à jour! Insupportable!

Wenn ein Leasingkunde einen Dauerauftrag bei seiner Bank eingerichtet hat und Cembra irgendwann während der Leasinglaufzeit entscheidet, dass sie fortan Monatsrechnungen nur noch über die App zur Verfügung stellen und Daueraufträge nicht mehr akzeptieren, dann riecht das nach einer neuen Masche Kohle zu generieren. Denn jetzt muss der Kunde jeden Rechnungseingang in der App aktiv wahrnehmen und daraus eine Überweisung generieren. Verpasst er das, wird es unverschämt teuer. Von meiner Seite weder eine Empfehlung für die App, noch für die Bank.

The first release was doing the job. Then IT “specialists” start “to improve”. And as it is now more and the case with App App and Apple software, bugs appear which make the use of the App à nightmare. Thé Cembra App does not work with a mobile phone and a foreign provider. More, even with a Swiss one, the App does not work properly when in a foreign country. And Cembra does not care of my complain. They earn so much money that a customer less is not an issue for them. I intend to close my account with Cembra and work more with Credit Suisse which is working better by far.

Seit einigen Tagen öffnet die App nicht mehr - die Ladeanzeige dreht für einige Sekunden, dann passiert nichts mehr - keine Meldung, kein Fehler

Works reasonably well but lacks support for exporting the transactions to file. Which is a shame since we can actually see a list of transactions for a given period, something that you inexplicably cannot do in the website (transactions get moved to monthly statement PDF files).

Please implement transaction export to CSV or equivalent.
