I got contacted by phone that I was past due. Had to use the web site on a computer to update and save the new card. ### 1/5 — App not working after update *2022-11-17* Since the latest update it keeps popping up that’s it’s not compatible needs to update. The app has been updated. So I deleted it and reinstalled it but it still says not compatible. Every single time I have to pull out my card to pay. No other company is this behind in any of my other bills.
