App não salva usuário e senha, sendo necessário digitar em todo acesso.
As carteirinhas dos beneficiários poderiam ser salvas na Apple wallet.

O App ficou um l1x0, sinceramente! Não salva mais o login e senha, qualquer hr que sai, se vai voltar tem que colocar de novo, pra marcar consultas você não seleciona mais o nome do médico, aí você tem que sair procurando dia por dia, pra encontrar o médico que você quer ao invés de selecionar o nome dele e abrir a agenda dele! Não está nada intuitivo, tá bem bagunçado! Por favor, voltem ao que era antes!

Depois da atualização o app não salva os dados de usuário e senha, temos que inserir todas as vezes que acessamos o app. Qua falta de praticidade. Melhorem.

O aplicativo era bom, mas essa última atualização piorou demais. Os dados sumiram. O histórico de solicitações e reembolsos desapareceu. Não estou conseguindo protocolar solicitações de reembolso mais. Em poucas palavras, o app está inútil.

Não permite acesso por biometria nem salva os dados do usuário. Todas as vezes que vamos acessar o app temos que entrar com usuário e senha. Poderia melhorar.
