I have been a customer for over 15 years and it’s just horrible at this .30% of the time the website is down I’ll be quite frank on what my experience is currently I can only transfer $15 at a time to my Cash app for the last year and a half. They keep telling me it’s not them so what I did was I had to go get a chime account because my kid is in college and I have to send him money. What I did was got the chime account tried to transfer $20 and it only let me transfer 15 to that account too unfortunately for me, the bank doesn’t care and they just told me it’s not them. It’s chime in Cash app never resolved my problem for the last year and a half that’s 18 months of me having to go to Family Dollar to put money on my Cash app after I pay the ATM fee at Family Dollar. I used to direct deposit my entire check there right now I’m looking for another bank. I’ll take half of that in paper and Finn for myself on the streets rather than you be in control of me and my money run from this bank.
