I am so disappointed with this bank. I have been a customer for over 15 years and it’s just horrible at this .30% of the time the website is down I’ll be quite frank on what my experience is currently I can only transfer $15 at a time to my Cash app for the last year and a half. They keep telling me it’s not them so what I did was I had to go get a chime account because my kid is in college and I have to send him money. What I did was got the chime account tried to transfer $20 and it only let me transfer 15 to that account too unfortunately for me, the bank doesn’t care and they just told me it’s not them. It’s chime in Cash app never resolved my problem for the last year and a half that’s 18 months of me having to go to Family Dollar to put money on my Cash app after I pay the ATM fee at Family Dollar. I used to direct deposit my entire check there right now I’m looking for another bank. I’ll take half of that in paper and Finn for myself on the streets rather than you be in control of me and my money run from this bank. As fast as you can.

The app makes it way too complicated for users to log into their profile. Needs to be more user friendly. There is no reason why I need to have to call the bank and speak to a representative to help me access my account online.

Everything was working well I was able to check my bank statements but as of recently it’s not been allowing me to login and I called in and they said the app was down but it was recently fixed and it still won’t let me login

I think we as members should be able to transfer money over to another member! As far as with the same bank so we don’t have to call be on the phone so long to wait to transfer money.

This is a great app really easy and useful when you have to use or transfer money from one account to another and when you have emergency your account access is one click away. Thank you Cencap for this great app., and great service.
