No actualiza los pagos ya realizados en cambio aparece como la deuda vigente hasta el próximo pago a realizar, en lo que a mí respecta es molesto porque no sabes cuánto deberás pagar aunque ya se haya realizado el corte del mes

La app no está actualizada para que funcione correctamente con el dispositivo iPhone 17 Pro Max, al hacer la migración de equipo tuve que validar con reconocimiento facial el cual no está funcionando correctamente por lo que no puedo usar la app. Soluciónenlo rápido por favor o no podré pagar mis deudas como corresponde.

Note que la app se actualizó y ahora se puede ver si estás al día con tus pagos en la primera pantalla, eso lo encuentro muy bueno ya que a veces se me olvidaba si pagué o no y desde la app me costaba visualizar y entender si se había realizado el pago. Gracias por las actualizaciones ☺️

La app ha avanzado bastante y está mucho más intuitiva y gráficamente más limpia, pero le falta incorporar flujos más amigables y funcionales para entender cuáles y dónde encontrar los beneficios que tiene la Tarjeta. Uno a veces quiere conocer cómo funciona un descuento o cuál es el % de dcto, etc y la sección que muestra esta información es la misma de hace mucho tiempo, poco llamativa, y no se entiende muy bien

Las compras realizadas no se reflejan de inmediato, como sí ocurre con otras apps bancarias. Además, en mi caso, siempre aparece un mensaje en la app que me indica que renueve mi tarjeta vencida en el 2023 y en la plataforma web un mensaje indica que está bloqueada por pérdida. La realidad es que está activada y con vencimiento en enero del 2029. Increíble !!
