## What is CENI RDC Mobile?

Cette application permet à un électeur muni d’un téléphone portable ou tablette avec une connexion Internet de saisir son numéro national ou de scanner le QR Code sur sa carte et d’effectuer la recherche de son bureau de vote. Dans le cas où l’électeur a été trouvé l’application lui affiche les informations de localisation de son bureau de vote ainsi que la possibilité de voir cette localisation sur une carte. Dans le cas d’une recherche infructueuse, l’application permet au requérant de remplir un formulaire avec ses données pour être pris en compte comme omis : un atelier devra être mis en place pour analyse de ces données avant intégration sur la liste électorale.
Pour les candidats l’application permet de rechercher un numéro de candidat en choisissant une élection et saisissant le nom, post-nom et prénom du candidat.
