## What is Cens?

Live your best life now! By wearing one of the supported bluetooth chest heart rate sensors below, Cens:ai can show you your heart stress and heart coherence in real-time, which is a heart rate variability (HRV) measure of how harmoniously the heart is beating. Raise your coherence and lower your stress by doing coherence meditation by yourself or with friends. Track your wellbeing with daily check-ins and journal entries.

DISCLAIMER: Cens:ai cannot guarantee the accuracy of heart rate measurements from the devices below because their heart rate sensors are for consumer general wellness and fitness, and therefore not subject to FDA clearance. Therefore this app cannot be used for medical diagnosis and it cannot give you medical advice. Please seek a healthcare professional if you require medical assistance.

The following devices are supported:

Polar H9
Polar H10
Garmin HRM-Pro Plus
Garmin HRM-Dual
Garmin HRM-Fit
Wahoo TRACKR

DISCLAIMER: Cens:ai app cannot give you medical advice or diagnosis. It does not replace your healthcare professional's advice or an appointment with your doctor. Contact urgent care immediately in the event of an emergency.
