Eh.. think I'm good for the moment till there's been some improvement with earning scale and bugs. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work ever *2024-09-21* For the last year their customer service has claimed they were working on “issues” with their gift cards. The gift cards do not show up, they stopped answering my emails several months ago. This is a scam, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY, they will take it but you will get nothing in return!!! If they bother to answer your emails, all they will do is make sorry excuses why their system does not work, with vague promises of “we will fix these problems soon”! Big warning, find a better way to earn gift cards as there are some out there, but this isn’t it!!! ### 1/5 — The negative reviews are true 😆 *2024-09-17, version 2.0.1* Well I just wanted to try this before believing the review. And to my fear they are true. Redeemed points gone without any gift card or any message. ### 1/5 — Cool app…unfortunately it’s a scam *2024-07-17* Complete scam. I’ve won 1 gift card and redeem two others for “cents” I’ve earned. None of the 3 ever showed up in my account. Disappointing. Emailed support and the email address not only came back invalid, but had a message that someone named Sean Brill was the scammer. Been scammed by several of these apps…but this is by far the strangest situation yet. ### 1/5 — Decent app, customer service non existent *2024-06-27* No reply from customer service over rewards. If you redeem your points disappear. If you email you get a bounce back from O365 for a person but the email may never be delivered. Looked interesting, but mostly just a scam. Don’t bother downloading, this app will do nothing for you. -100 stars. ### 1/5 — Don’t Waste Your Time On This App *2024-06-25, version 2.0.1* I’ve had this app for 8 months, and I’m finally giving up on it. The reasons why are outlined below: 1)It takes forever to earn enough points to redeem, and it’s seemingly random how many points they allot you for walking. 2)The app really isn’t user friendly, I have no idea what I’m doing most of the time, a lot of pages don’t work well and then there’s no place to exit that screen so I have to force quit the app. 3)The wheel doesn’t work half the time. I use tickets to spin the wheel, I get a “reward” and then the app glitches and I never see my tickets back in my account or receive the reward, so it’s a waste of time. 4)The VR aspects don’t work most of the time either, which defeats the purpose. 5) And finally, my BIGGEST gripe of all is that when you redeem gift cards, it doesn’t work! The first time I redeemed a gift card in February, it did not work as promised, yet the points were removed from my account with no history of my redemption anywhere that I could find. I reached out to customer service and was told they were “backed up.” Either way, there still should’ve been at least a RECORD of my redemption, or somewhere that said “processing,” but nothing. I eventually got my gift card two weeks later after contacting them again. I redeemed another gift card this June, thinking that maybe they’d fix the issue by now. Wrong. Same thing, points gone and no proof of redemption. Reached out to customer service twice (and Jason Linton specifically) and haven’t heard a word back. Don’t waste your time on this app, the rewards are few and far between and then you don’t even get them!! There are way better apps out there ### 1/5 — Shame shame *2024-06-24, version 2.0.1* I actually loved this in beginning after getting Starbucks card within a week but now I have to change my review.ive had an Amazon card not allowing me to claim for last 9 months and now just cashed in an eBay card and it isnt showing at all but took my points for it!this app is nothing more than a waste of my time!!!!! ### 1/5 — Started great but has turned sour *2024-06-20* I am waiting on about 7-9 gift cards at this point. It just tells me that I don’t have any gift cards. Haven’t heard back from anyone in over a month; it’s 3 months since the last update, and the gift cards still won’t load. I contacted support and all they said was that they’re trying to work on this issue and that they will fix it as soon as they can. It didn’t seem promising at all. I was winning plenty of gift cards and they took a minute to process but it eventually worked. Well the past few months I have won 3 $5 Starbucks gift cards and multiple Amazon gift cards but the Starbucks never showed up in my account and the Amazon ones just kept pending. I emailed someone and they said they are working on it. It’s be over 2 months and they still have not gotten anywhere. I think this app is now a lost cause. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Extremely buggy *2025-04-04* I’ve walked nearly 57,000 steps since downloading the app, and have only earned 9 centz. The intro says that each step earns .01 centz (meaning 100 steps should earn 1 cent), and that the app works even when closed. In reality, you must have the app open and active in order to earn centz for the steps you walk (it will pull your step data from your health app while closed, but won’t award centz). In addition to this, the centz calculator is extremely buggy: I started out with 9 centz this morning and earned 4 centz today (for 2,500 steps 😕). But it’s still showing my total centz as 9 (the calculator says I earned 6 steps this week, and 4 steps today). You have to use the augmented reality feature to collect bonuses from the collection points, which is slow, glitchy, and uses up battery life. There is no way to turn it off. Customer support is non-existent—Niantic doesn’t even list it as one of their apps on their website. I would have thought this one would at least be up to the quality standard of their other location tracking games, if simplified, but it’s not. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-02-14, version 3.1.7* Everytime you redeem a gift card it doesn’t work ### 1/5 — Loved at first and then very disappointed *2025-01-03* I have supported this app before it even became Centavizer and was a tottally different name. I had tons of point on the app before this one and when they updated to this I lost everything. So I just kept it moving and building points and winning gift cards which I loved. The first few paid out. This literally gave me a reason to want to open the app multiple times per day and I looked forward to it. Later on down the line I had acquired a good bit of points and gift cards. The gift cards from then on never loaded and it said if you put your email in it would contact you when they did and never happened. Plus I wind multiple 5$ Starbucks cards which never even showed in my vault. Not to mention the 60,000 points I’ve acquired and now can not use. Was heartbroken after finding this out and felt like I was robbed of so much precious time and effort. I have not deleted the app yet hoping I would find a solution or they would get there stuff together. It’s been months and months. If you guys get this message please tell me what I can do to rectify this situation for a veteran consumer and customer. I played it for awhile and it did pay out a couple of gift cards but it hasn’t allowed me to redeem a gift card in over 6 months and now the gift cards I did win are just gone from my app. Spend your time on other apps that are actually legit and pay you for your time. I did run into an issue with redeeming my Amazon gift cards, so I emailed the developers & to my surprise they emailed me back within the hour ! On a holiday! After business hours ! I’m awestruck by how quickly they responded. It was not even an automated response. It was a real person ! This app is worth every second I have spent on it.
