Again, I can’t seem to receive any OTP codes and it requires me to verify my number which requires a verification code to be sent first to my phone number. This verification code shows it’s been sent to my number as per the system respond however it keeps timing out with no code sent. I have tried it all. I have raised this matter daily with the diaspora contact but she stopped responding to my emails. The bank overall is very un responsive and do not even care to respond. The bank have still not officially communicate to me that there system has a problem for diaspora numbers- this is information I got from speaking to a staff. Contacts with various people is not helpful as one gets mixed responses of empty promises. They need to move with the times and offer atleast good customer care.
