Always asking my security questions and when I make mobile deposit it flips the camera on side you have to angle it weird the fxxx is wrong with this app

This app is absolutely trash! I’m so sick and tired of constantly not being able to login unless I use the desktop site but it’s not mobile friendly. Switching banks!

I am in a constant state of having to delete and redownload the app to make it work. I can try the correct password and user over and over if and it won’t work even though it will work on a pc. Delete and redownload and suddenly it works. I really hate this “update” as the other app had no major flaws like this

The mobile app worked fantastic. Then someone in their infinite wisdom decided to change it to a whole brand new app that was new and better. They should’ve left it alone. The app has not consistently worked since the upgrade. You no longer have access to 24 seven banking. Face ID does not work the password you have on file will not work. If you delete the app and reload it, it still doesn’t work the way it should. They should’ve never changed the app from what it was before. It really needs a great massive overhaul in order to work properly like it did before they “fixed” something that wasn’t broken. It’s just like all the other companies out there who say they’re enhancing they are enhancing the user experience when all they do is take away the qualities they had before.

Every time I go to log in the app won’t allow it. It always tells me there’s an issue of some sort. I guess I will just continue praying there is money in my account and hope to not write any hot checks.

The new app is so awful. It’ll keep locking you out and won’t let you log in. The old app had no problems.

I wish we could go back to the other app. That one worked completely fine. Since I’ve had this new app, I’m unable to check my account through the app. I have to use the web for it which is confusing and not as effective. I get the code “error with your password” but then use said password on web and it’s fine. Please fix. Making me want to switch banks.
