If you have only one account it makes you choose an account. Example 2, when you go to your deposit, and you put in a dollar amount, and then you select your account it clears out the dollar amount makes you re-enter the dollar amount. Example 3. It’s like the camera is flipped and rotated from how it was in the past. I wasn’t sure I would be able to figure it out. I did finally get the check lined up, but then when it uploaded it was rotated about 90 degrees during the upload process. When using the mobile deposit, good luck! Tried multiple times and the same thing kept happening. Deleted the image and tried one more time and the box and camera were in sync and it was good! Same thing with the back so ended up submitting with a tiny image of the back with a lot of picture of my table. Not good Also, keep getting a popup that faceid is enabled - go to settings to change it. And can’t do anything until I acknowledge the popup. I’ve sent videos, photos, and other documentation. No fix for months.
