1) Signing on is a mess. A multi-step process that could be streamlined. 

2) Inability to view a client’s outstanding balance. Even in single bill view the matter balance is not listed. 

3) Insertion of notes is a missing feature.

I have been looking for this setting as I heard Centerbase can be logged in using Face ID but I cannot find it anywhere. When I hit App Support so I can contact someone for help it takes me to an error page. I would love for this feature to be easier to activate, I use Face ID log in for so many apps and it makes it so much more convenient than having to click through the log in page.

Single sign on is a disaster.  Takes 3-4 minutes to login in each time.  Needs Face ID asap.

We have used this app for nearly three years. The app people still cannot figure out how to automatically start a sentence with a capital letter- it seems so rudimentary but has been impossible regardless of multiple complaints.

We have used this app for nearly two years. The app people cannot figure out how to automatically start a sentence with a capital letter- it seems so rudimentary but has been impossible regardless of multiple complaints.

Why in the world can you not add a new note to a matter?  This is a serious miss.   I copy and paste texts or after a phone call on my cell I enter notes but cant do that in this version.  

Cannot set a task as "done" using the phone.   Which I want to do at the end of a day or start of the next day to mark off what I got done the day before etc.  

Also, there is no way without using the edit feature to scroll through a detailed field such as our I take notes.  On the previous version I could just scroll through the notes.  

Also, there is no summary of the billing time for a day as in the previous mobile app.  

There is no integration with net docs for those of us using net docs and integrating with CB.  

However there is a lot to like about this version but I wanted to wrote my feedback in particular about not being able to add a note.
