## What is Centered?

Spoken affirmations and short meditations for the moment you’re actually in — anxiety, sleep, grief, a loud Monday.

One free listen a day. SOS sessions are always free.

No celebrity sleep stories. No quote spam. A calm voice, on purpose.

CENTERED
Press play and hear words that fit this week. Describe what you’re in, or open a session we already wrote — panic, overwhelm, sleep, parenting, heartbreak, a Sunday that will not settle.
