It’s very simple as should silence be. There’s an opening reading that you get to choose: anything from a scripture to a prayer to a spiritual writing by classical authors. Then comes the sound to indicate the beginning of the time of silence. I chose the bell/gong sound. It makes me feel I’m at a monastery. Then comes the time of silence. Sheer silence for an amount of time you’ve chosen. The sound that started the time ends the time and there’s a closing reading of your choice. It’s simple but effective. A prayer app where I can feel like I’m being a good “Christian” while focusing solely on me!! And it works! With the help of this app, Jesus and the Indwelling Presence really opened up my chakras and now my third eye can see beyond time and space. Looking into my spiritual mirror with my mind’s eye, I can now see my Christ auras and their like this greenish, bluish, red-ish, orangey color. Just remember sisters, brothers, and others in Christ, to meditate on the words of Steven Furtick “I AM god almighty!” So brave and stunning! Just like this app! To make the experience even better, I’d love to see two improvements: • It would be wonderful if the opening and closing thoughts could be read aloud, so I can keep my eyes closed and fully reflect. • It would also help if the text size could be increased, since the current font feels quite small. It turns off when my iPhone auto-locks, so I have to change my normal auto lock of 30 second to “never” when I use the app. 2. I have to turn off notifications when using so I don’t get interruptions. I love all the audio cues and the fact you can add scripture or psalms or even quotes from saints before and after your practice. This is a must-have app for all centering prayer folks!
