What a joke. It took over 2 weeks to get medicine that we ran out. I actually agreed to fed ex charge to get the medicine. You people are playing with peoples lives. Some need medication to function & live day to day. And now the app & website has not been loading for over 2 weeks. I think next year I will find a prescription plan. For example, the app will show for days that an order is being filled and they will notify you when it ships. And you are following with great anticipation. And then, all of a sudden, it will show cancelled! No other info. No “heads up” as to problems encountered. No request for you to contact them. Very sneaky. Not transparent. The app is always inaccurate. I had the fortunate opportunity of speaking with Alex an Amazing young woman who was happy and the most pleasant customer service representative I have ever spoken with in my entire life. Not only did she answer my question, she checked my account and reviewed it with my permission and noticed some issues. She corrected the issues with me on the phone, placed me on a brief hold and contacted 2 of my doctors to get authorization after she got my approval. Gave me an estimated time when my medications should arrive. Then wished me a happy, healthy, beautiful, blessed day. I was so happy I want to only talk to her from now on.
