Needed a new card they said it would be mailed out they never did can’t use the account closing down the account Monday called customer service just plain stupid do I want to come in no I don’t when the card should have been mailed also they offered my fiancé a credit card but not me and I am the primary account holder lol no thanks plenty of banks out there

Updated review: Centier won’t allow me to access my online account until I agree to only receive communications in electronic format. There is no option to decline agreement. I don’t live in Indiana anymore and mobile banking was the only way I was able to stay with Centier, but this shows me it’s time to find a new, more convenient bank.

Original review: I keep having random logins from strangers (!!!) and support has tried to be helpful but ultimately ineffective. I have changed my password multiple times. Even worse, I am supposedly set up for two-factor authentication and email notifications which do not actually happen. I am honestly kind of freaked out at this point and don’t know what to do.

The removal of the widget, was a terrible idea. The convenience of being able to see your balance and only your balance with no compromising details can’t be understated. Secondly the new UI is overly complex, while have more options sounds nice, most are niche at best and intrusive at worst.

I typically love my bank, BUT the newest update has limited how much money you can transfer from account to account. This is a huge problem for my husband and I. He generally sends me 965$ to pay our rent and now he cannot send more that 500$ a day. There’s nothing the store can do to help, other than tell us to go pull cash and deposit into my account. Throws a huge wrench in things for us. There never was a limit and I hate this.
