Me pide que actualize pero no se actualiza después de tratar de guardar mi firma se queda ahí congelada

Me pide que haga un update, y cuando lo quiero hacer me manda al AppStore y no me da opciones. La aplicación no tiene ninguna posibilidad de que vayas a su configuración o menú. 
Trato de abrir una cuenta y no avanza al siguiente paso.

Invasive app that forces you to download it just to sign a document. After forcing you to allow your GPS tracker on the application, you can’t sign a document until you take photos of yourself. Deleting the app. Feels scammy.
