## What is CentMobile?

Cent Mobile is Mobile Banking application offered by Central Bank of India. Users can access most of the banking services anywhere any time through internet enabled handsets. Pre login features are accessible to all without registration. Post login features can be accessed by customers of Central Bank of India after completing one time registration process.
Cent Mobile Registration Process:
Note: Only Mobile data (internet) should be ON and Wi-Fi should be OFF during Mobile app registration. Mobile data should be active.  
1. Download & install Cent Mobile app from Apple Store. 
2. Open the Cent Mobile app by tapping app Icon.
3. One time app Registration process is required. App will ask to allow for Permission. Tap Allow button to continue.
4. Tap Register button provided at app screen.
5. Tap Accept button to accept Terms & Conditions for Mobile Banking.
6. Enter CIF Number or Account Number by selecting either of these options and tap Submit button.
7. Popup message will be displayed regarding auto sending of verification SMS. SIM having Mobile number registered with Bank should be present in mobile phone. Tap Proceed button to continue.
8. Allow permission to app for sending auto SMS. In case of mobile phone with dual SIM, user is asked to select the SIM which is registered with Bank. Tap Proceed to continue.
9. Enter Debit Card information or Internet Banking username and login password. Tap Submit.
10. Set your preferred User ID for login and tap Submit.
11. Set MPIN (login PIN) and TPIN (transaction password).
12. User can login to Cent mobile after completion of above process. Accounts linked to Personal CIF of the customer can be accessed through app.

It’s Very poor quality application need to be improved and launch a Costumer care Mobile No for NRI account holder , suffering a lot from this application and in new application not possible to register waste of time!!

I have been using this CBI internet banking and application since last 6years the user friendlyness is so worst. I am closing this account now because whenever I wanted to login and transfer funds I always face trouble. First thing their so called security which asks 3 to 4 time’s passwords and OTp’s. Also when I wanted to reinstall app it’s not registering via net banking after westing time app says “Net banking server didn’t respond please try again later”
One of the worst banking experience as compared to SBI, ICICI, HDFC, HSBC, IDBI

A very third class app. Always ask to change MPIN, TPIN & MTPIN and if you want to change it later then there is no option even you can’t go back and you can not do anything untill you change your TPIN. If you still have patience and changed whatever they asked then after few days that correct pin will also shows wrong in this app. Then again you have to go through all that process and setup your Pin. Installing this time wasting and useless app right away.

I would like to respectfully bring to your attention that the newly introduced application (CentEez) is facing several issues, particularly with login functionality. In contrast, the previous application (CentMobile) was functioning efficiently with minimal problems. Rather than launching a new app, it might have been more beneficial to update and enhance the existing CentMobile app to ensure a more stable and user-friendly experience.

Central bank is one of the oldest banks in India and it’s application is as dated as the bank. Most of the banking apps are designed to enhance/ease the customers experience. But Cent mobile app will make your life more complicated. I personally feel it should not be called as a banking app as it barely does anything related to banking. 

I took a home loan from Central bank & was told to use Cent mobile for banking operations. Below are  my observations,

1. When I went to set mpin it accepted a 4 digit pin & when the pin expired, it asked me for a 6 digit previous pin 🤷🏻
2. When logged in, I tried to fetch statement of account and every time, I got empty statement with the banks letter head. I ensured I was reviewing for correct time frame but result still the same.
3. I tried to check my updated tenure since we have been prepaying on the loan and found out it does not update that. 
4. Not to mention the thousands of times the app crashes.

My request to the bank is hire a decent company to build your app so that the customers don’t curse you for their basic banking needs

I had use many others bank online here in India or in abroad but CBI online banking app management is so complicated poor Worst👈 I have my account I have my card I had verified kyc than also it still gives me problems now if it continues m surly closed my account and move to other bank like sbi icici after all their systems is smooth good
