They will overdraft your account even though you asked to not have the overdraft feature. They kept over drafting my account to the point I had to cancel my account. And, why is the Centra App not listed within my Settings to control, this is a security and privacy concern if there is no way to access the App in Settings?!! Ever since my credit union was bought out I have zero access to my account with the debit card they sent me, I tried to link a separate major bank where I have funds to transfer and I cannot access this account thru Centra Mobile after “successfully” linking the accounts to try to pay my loan installment payment, I even received an email confirmation for Online Bill Pay and no email confirming my shared bank account, I didn’t ask for Online Bill Pay but where is my other bank account?!! I have almost always been a Credit Union member ~ Centra Credit Union, no thanks! ### 1/5 — Centra Mobile 👎🏻😡 *2024-08-04* WHY is there no App shown in my device to either update, to move to my front screen, to remove to reinstall when not working or to disable it if I so choose?! Where is it located that I can ONLY search for it in my device search bar but I have no App shown to control or do anything?? And it shows up in the App Store but nowhere on my device, this is a major privacy concern for me and I am about to rid myself of Centra for more reasons as well!!
