The courier also lost my courier, and the app couldn't report the receipt status. It wasn't until I wrote an email feedback and waited a week to be told that the refund would be returned. Because I didn't use a Thai bank card, I was told that I must have a Thai bank card to get a refund. Such a big company, but the shopping app is so rubbish! It implores me to sign up to The1 account but the link says ‘403 forbidden’! ### 1/5 — Constant sms messages and can’t be stopped *2025-08-12, version 5.5.8* This company sends constant sms messages and can’t be stopped, preferences in the app make no difference, many Thai companies have no regard for customer privacy. ### 1/5 — No map *2025-07-02, version 5.5.5* Massive mall but no map available!! Pointless. ### 1/5 — App Crush *2025-05-13* Latest version in May 2025 makes the app exits unexpectedly from time to time. While I was paying, the app closed. When returning to the app, I cannot reach to my basket as it said something went wrong. My The 1 point was not returned. Calling to the call center said I need to wait 48 hours and my coupon would be expired by then. So goodbye Central app, you lost one customer. ### 1/5 — Awful App *2025-03-24, version 5.4.2* The app is supposed to be the online shop. This app is so poorly designed, from customer experience to product placement to purchasing, nothing has been thought through.
