The app is easy to read and navigate. One suggestion is to have a line for me to write what the expense or deposit is so I can budget easier. ### 2/5 — Updates Are Buggy *2026-07-06, version 2026.01.01* Ever since they started doing updates to the app it has caused my app to crash a lot or won’t even load. I have the latest iOS update and a pretty new phone so that isn’t the issue nor is my internet connection/wifi. I called in and they said not enough room to put the title name. Not true they have enough space on the TO line above to write who it’s going to and the last 4 of an account they simply did not program the from line the same. Bill pay says complete but what it means is sent and NOT deducted from your balance yet! This app worked great on my previous phone, but now I never know my balance because it rarely ever updates. It used to show me my new balance immediately after money was transferred in or out. I’m seriously begging, please fix this. It makes everyday purchases very hard for me. ### 1/5 — New update *2024-09-05, version 2024.04.11* The new update shows the balance at the end of day before and doesn’t update until the next day. It is very frustrating. I wish they would fix this to the way it used to be. ### 1/5 — Balance Delays *2023-12-22, version 2023.10.1.5* The app has improved over the years but one issue remains as a source of frustration. There are times where a scheduled bill will be removed from that list. It will also not show as pending and the amount is not removed from balance to affect available balance. This “balance delay” is frustrating as it can delay at times for several days. This can cause close calls in managing cash flow and keeping a positive balance. I understand delays in payments taking time to hit the account but when a scheduled bill leaves that list it should immediately be taken out of available balance until it hits the actual balance. Only works 1/2 the time and tells me to update - but there’s no update available!! There are long periods of time where I am unable to transfer any money because of an “Application Error” this has happened multiple times and sometimes lasts for a full day. There are other times when it won’t show me any of my accounts because it “Cannot be displayed at this time”. It also takes forever to update transfers and purchases which makes it difficult to actually budget and know what money is in my account. All these things together combined with the fact that sometimes it takes me 3-4 times to even get into the app because it crashes the moment I sign in.
