I have a name, plate number, etc. 2 minutes later, I get a message saying the booking is cancelled. (WHAT?!?) I instantly call the number, and the woman says “there is nothing on my screen” and “there are no cars in the area.” Totally unhelpful! No apologies, nothing. App deleted.
