Also charging for dogs runs counter to other major bus companies servicing area (stagecoach, whippet) so it seems incredibly unfair that people living in one area where they don’t have a choice of buses are penalised like this ### 2/5 — Route Planner doesnt work *2026-08-01* The route planning logic is flawed. It wants me to walk 24 minutes to get a bus, to then have a 12 minute walk when I get off of it, however, the actual quickest route (which the app doesn’t even suggest) is to take 3 separate buses with a total of 8 minutes walking throughout the journey.
