I have the newest iPhone and no matter what we changed even tried changing to someone that works there’s email and ir wouldn’t let me

Log in has worked flawlessly for over 1 year. Now I can’t log in. Please unfix whatever you just fixed. I even changed my password on the website and I still can’t log into the app to pay my bill.

**Developer response:** We apologize for the issues you were having back in December loading the mobile app.  We updated our billing portal URL and as a result we had to update our mobile app as well. The update in December should have resolved your issue.  Thank you for your patience and we apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused.

I've seen no progress or updates for the app and it's been down for at least a week.

Try putting your account number in without the hyphen and then your password. That worked without a hitch for me. Simple enough 😊
