Now the app is locked up and I can't use it. Oh well, WF will deliver. ### 2/5 — Not compatible with IOS15? *2026-06-06, version 2.54.0* The app should be compatible with all smartphones. I tried to download the App on my IPhone7 Could not. Luckily I have a newer IPAD Pro and can download it there, but I have to take a picture of the barcode with my IPHONE7😳 not sure if it will work. It might. Also you should be able to put your phone number in at the register to access your account as backup. At WFDS you can. ### 3/5 — Always out of item you order *2026-04-16, version 2.50.0* It’s a waste of my time to use this app and shop at Central Market. They sell you things they don’t have in stock. It’s easier to shop WF instead because they don’t sell you things you can’t get. I always have to supplement my shopping with an additional order from WF because just like today, Central market sells things they don’t have. Why bother? Heading to the AMZ app to supplement my Central Market order. What’s up with that? ### 3/5 — Poor service *2026-01-21* UPDATE after I called all of a sudden they have my order ready. When I arrived there was not one other car in the curbside parking, not one!!! But they felt the need to tell me my order wouldn’t be on time.…… I’m finding fewer and fewer reasons to use Central market. The shoppers don’t follow the instructions in the notes and they fail to honor pick-up times. However, I will be deleting the app because it’s useless. When I add digital offers to use in the store, they don’t work. I was told by more than one employee that I have to add the offers days in advance in order for them to scan. Updating an app on MY phone should be MY choice. I avoided trying the app for a while, but finally tried it. The first time it would not scan at the register. The checker shrugged. “Sometimes it doesn’t work”. The next time it seemed to work, but I had not manually added offers. The third time, it would not scan at self checkout. Over $150 order. This app offers things not in stock. It’s quite irritating ### 2/5 — Frustrating coupon delays + incorrect product locations *2025-03-19, version 2.34.0* It's great that they finally added coupons to the app, but I along with others have had to wait 20 minutes between the time they are clipped and when they're actually available to use at the register. Trying to clip and use them right before checkout has been a no-go. In addition, I've often experienced products listed in the wrong location in the app. For example, Delallo gluten-free lasagna noodles are listed as being on aisle 3b but are in fact in the healthy living department. This is just one example. If these two issues were addressed, I would be much more likely to use the app and give it a much higher rating! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — No Cart Option *2026-07-18, version 2.57.0* Recent update has completely broken the app. Order function has disappeared, and you have to create a new shopping list every time you want to add something to the list. This app is what I use to plan meals and shop for groceries and is now completely unusable. ### 1/5 — Weak app *2026-07-04, version 2.56.0* This app stinks on my iPad. Unfortunately there are also the ones who don’t care about what they do. Lately those are the people I seem to be dealing with. I ordered low sodium V-8 and received full sodium. It seems to be the rule that I receive wrong items now. They don’t have a system to reserve specifically for me, the items I order at the time I place the order. 2. They ignore my substitution choices and use whatever the shopper wants.
