I have been using this app since I opened my account. I have contacted the bank about issues with their accounting system IE duplicate entries which I have been told they cannot change. As the account will not accept transactions via Zelle which one of my vendors pays me with it causes a lot of problems. As I’m a small business owner and the other banks charge more for the services I have to stick with this bank until I can find another bank to use. It does offer ITM services at the ATM but I keep seeing that their lobby still requires appointments and supposedly is not available for walk in services.

My wife and I have done business at some level with Central National in one form or another for 30 years travel the world within that time and they have always done the best care for my security over my accounts. Very highly recommended.

My family has been banking with CNB since the early 1950’s. I’m sure both my parents were banking with it them years before. I have always been treated with professionalism and kindness. Growing up I was brought there with my parents to get to know the employees.

What is the point of being able to download an older version of the app if you need to update to the current one to use it to “stay safe and secure”

I am no longer able to deposit my checks or use the app at all because my phone physically cannot update to the required IOS, and nothing was changed about the app aside from minor things.

The one reason I used the app was for ease of depositing checks- this is a horrible update.

The Central National Bank app isn’t working for me yesterday or today. So, I deleted it today and reinstalled it. Still isn’t working.

This app falls way short of other banking apps.  For starters, it will not save your user ID.  Which doesn’t exactly make you feel like a welcome customer!  Next, there us no option to show your password.  Make a mistake, and you get to guess what it was.  Try to schedule a payment, the only apparent option is Today!  You have to dig to figure out a future payment date.  These are just a few.  Central Bank could do much better!
