First off I was told I didn’t know my password. When in fact it was the recent upgrade that wouldn’t let me use my password. Then this morning I made a mobile check deposit and the back photo I saw was fine but the photo that you show me you received was all wavy and cut up. I have contacted the bank about issues with their accounting system IE duplicate entries which I have been told they cannot change. As the account will not accept transactions via Zelle which one of my vendors pays me with it causes a lot of problems. As I’m a small business owner and the other banks charge more for the services I have to stick with this bank until I can find another bank to use. It does offer ITM services at the ATM but I keep seeing that their lobby still requires appointments and supposedly is not available for walk in services. ### 1/5 — Worthless *2025-10-22, version 3.27.1* Notifications do not go out that could save you from overdraft fees! The old one used to take my account number and password. The new one asks for a username, which I do not have. When I try to create a new one it tells me I already have one. Initially when I tried to recover the account it would not send a code to my phone. Now it is sending the code, but telling me Oops, there an error on our end. Been going on two weeks now. Maybe these things should have been worked out before kicking me out in the first place. Used to love this bank, now I feel like all I ever do is complain about it. ### 1/5 — Currently Junk and can't access. *2021-07-23, version 2.32.0* Can't access my account as pass and username is invalid. Try to enroll and says I already have an account. Try to reset the account and verification codes aren't valid. Serious issues for a new app. ### 1/5 — Absolutely awful *2021-07-23, version 2.32.0* Central national bank is a joke and so is this app I cannot login I’ve been trying to update my password but it’s just glitched and doesn’t work I cannot stand this stupid app the old one was trash too. My old bank never charged me for a mobile deposit and it would always go straight into my bank account immediately after I took the photos. CNB takes several days. So annoying. As soon as I reach the update password button it doesn’t do anything. I’m sure both my parents were banking with it them years before. I have always been treated with professionalism and kindness. For starters, it will not save your user ID. Which doesn’t exactly make you feel like a welcome customer! Next, there us no option to show your password. Make a mistake, and you get to guess what it was. Try to schedule a payment, the only apparent option is Today! You have to dig to figure out a future payment date. These are just a few.
