When doing internal transfers, the amount doesn’t show on the transfer screen so one has to keep going back-and-forth to the account page. This is poorly designed.

Central One Federal Credit Union has always given me that small, local business feeling. Because of this it was a surprise to me to see that they have such a comprehensive app. I use other banking apps to pay my bills and this app is just as good or better! Very well designed and very user friendly!

I like being able to check my balance and reconcile my checkbook with the touch of a button. And setting up bill pay is a snap. Thanks Central One.

Everything about this app works great. Although... if you are trying to pay a bill with an outside account and have the new OS, you will get an error code. Please fix!! Otherwise this app is a 4 star rating.

What have you recently done to the iPad version of this app? The app used to more than adequate but now the iPad version has an almost full screen advertisement. When I open the app, I want to see my accounts visible and not have to scroll to find them. Further, bring back the format with the transactions on the right side of the screen for the highlighted account as opposed to switching screens which takes too long.

The site and app are not up to 2024 industry standards. The site lacks user functionality. I would be happy to discuss with someone who would take the feedback as a chance to better the bank and not be defensive.

This app and the website too are extremely frustrating if you're trying to transfer with external accounts. This is not my primary bank that I use for paying bills and such. I have had the most difficult time trying to transfer money to my primary bank. The website times me out as I'm trying to make a deposit and the app won't even let you make external deposits. The sooner I can transfer all money over the better. I really dislike the electronic banking with Central One.

I was told that the app deposited checks on the iPad, but it doesn't. I'm in college and I can't go home to deposit the check. I'm very frustrated.

Nothing but issues. 

Formatting problems with the
App.
Formatting problems with the website. 

Too buggy for me. I am looking for a new bank. 

Every time I make deposit it is an issue. It’s like they don’t like or want money. 

So I will just bring my money else where.
Useless

Also, when I call and while I wait they call me. Then hang up. 

So stupid!! 

So much time wasted here!!!!

I moved to Tennessee five years ago but still have my Central One. App makes my long distance work just fine. Happy to stay with the best bank. My dad set this account up for me when I was 16 years old and he works at Mass Electric. I’m 57 now! I’ve bought cars and homes and Central One has always been my bank.

As I've come to expect with anything related to Central One, this app is top quality. Easy to view balances, make transfers and deposit checks. I like that new features get added. I have never experienced any bugs with this app. Bravo!

I really like being able to transfer money between my accounts and deposited checks easily with just my phone. The app is secure and very easy to navigate. It's also great to check my credit card balance on the go. Great experience, I've had no issues using the app.
