I wish it’s instant but takes 3 days or so to finally update. From making deposits and transferring funds to all the little things in between, it has become the go-to choice for my family. I have struggled to get funds from one to the other as needed overall and the mobile app completely stalls me from doing so. Switching between those accounts is also frustrating both online and mobile - especially when out and about where service may be lacking and those extra steps can take extra long. Logging out to log back in is a bit of a pain. Being the account owner for both, I would love to have the functionality of a “switch accounts” option that takes me directly to a login page with a registered account, and all I have to do is put the password in and click login. Making those items more efficient would make this app 5 stars for me. ### 5/5 — Easy and user friendly *2025-08-02, version 6.10.1* I love how easy it is to use banking mobile and to share personal experiences with staff when you need to go into the bank I especially love the Kona branch Kailua Kona. I have been with Central Pacific for over 10 years from Lisa to Lori to Lana and all other wonderful. Wonderful staff.
