God I hate this app so much.  It’s the most awful banking app I’ve used by a large margin.  Please figure something else out this app sucks

Terrible bank for anyone with any other than perfect credit. They will not help you at all.

Honestly this app is garbage by comparison, navigation is worse, transaction history is worse, everything is a step down from MBTC and it didn’t even import our previous direct transfer information which is a joke since it’s still the same bank but now I have to go to 10 different family members and get 7 pieces of information each just so I can send them money again.

This app is constantly updating making you add more information than any other bank needs! About to go back to pinpoint! Gave one star because 0 isn’t an option

It asks for more personal information to login than is described and doesn’t log you in anyway. The ‘update’ also replaced my current phone number with one from more than 10 years ago, so I can’t received confirmation codes to reset the password either. It also does not give an option of emailing a confirmation code.

Doesn’t have a search by word or amount option. Deposits and withdrawals are the same color so it’s not easy to differentiate between income and expenses.
