Give me my balance, pending, and cleared that’s it. Account transactions are instantaneous and seamless. LOVE THIS BANK!! Tellers know your name, branches are ran to perfection, especially Pelham, and their Loan Dept. is hands down the easiest and accommodating people to work with. Without this bank I wouldn’t have been able to build the credit I have to buy my first home. Horrible App. *2023-09-25* This is a review of the app for the bank, not the bank. Most times the features, especially the Bill Pay portion, does NOT work. It won’t load, with default error messages telling you to try again. This seems to be most predominate on weekends…which coincides with when I want to use it to pay bills. Other functions that should be obviously placed in an easy to find spot (i.e.; deleting a reminder) are buried somewhere not-so-obvious. Reaching out to customer service (for the app, not the bank) takes weeks to get an answer. It’s funny, though, that I used this almost exact app when I banked at another local bank. Yet, they never seemed to have these issues. No, it’s small-time. Terrible. But I’ll give it three stars just because it’s a very decent bank otherwise and you get the friendliness of a local bank. But I have been banking with Chase for years and years and their app makes this look like it was put together by some teenager with a template, last night! I bank with both, but Chase doesn’t have a local bank so I finally had to open another account in case I needed to deal with cash.
