Last few times using this have been cancelled by multiple drivers or left to sit there where Taxis do other runs then after 10 minutes of watching them on the map, they cancel the booking. 

Gone back to Uber, can’t ever get a taxi by this company.

Taxis are far too slow to find a driver. By the time they’ve found someone the shop you needs usually closed

I’m a regular user of central taxis and generally very good. However

I set up the app ready to book a taxi, but app has me located at a totally different location.

Downloaded this as Uber wanted to charge be £30 for a trip they would usually charge me under £6 for so I figured a black cab would be cheaper than that. 

Never got the chance to find out as it has now been an hour and I’ve still not received the code needed to register

Can't even register. Says my number is registered already but when I try to reset my password nothing happens and no support options. Shame because the last one worked amazingly.

The app show the time of pickup but I booked two taxis for the same location. Waited 20min after booking pickup time. Call but was told it would be 1 hour. God bless Uber! Booking on phone 3 mins later taxi turns up!
