This app was as basic as it could possibly get. It has come along the way. Some of the options that have been recently added follow 1. Adding the ability to assign a driver straight from the app, no longer need to go to the portal to do that. 2. Being able to see who is assigned to what directly from the app, if you are set up as a dispatcher. 3. adding the ability to not inspect a vehicle, for times when locations pins aren’t exact as they need. 4. Fixed a lot of issues with picture uploading timeout. 5. they also added multi load inspection. With grouped signature sign off option. A couple things I think should be added 1. The ability to see prices directly from the app. 2. being able to send an EBOL prior to inspection, as a lot of pick up points required EBOL verification prior to pick up. 3. add the ability to zoom in or out when taking pictures. This would allow for better picture quality as some vehicles are in tight locations, therefore picture coverage of the vehicle lacks, creating more liability. 4. The ability to download documents provided straight from the app, such as gate passes or other vehicle release forms, etc.. ### 1/5 — Terrible software development *2025-10-14, version 36.0.0* The software on this app is complete garbage. I’m pretty sure my 12-year-old son who is in software development could make a better app. To start, the app consistently signs you out. That’s fine right? Just click the remember me button? Wrong. Doesn’t work never has. The way they integrate the camera is complete garbage. For some reason, they did an update and now instead of 0.5 X Zoom they use 2X zoom. So now you need to stand 20 feet away from the vehicle just to take a simple picture. You can’t adjust it, good luck, trying. Every now and again it will just completely fail to upload pictures, even if you’re on a solid Wi-Fi connection. You can’t see updated prices, you must go to the browser for that. You can’t download the EBOLs from the app like you can on every other transport app. This app is VERY limited. I’m sure they have paid $12.00 to a homeless man and said “Hey! Do your best buddy!” Pretty disappointing experience. ### 1/5 — Driver can not save search *2025-10-06* Driver has to re input everything to do a search. You have to call and try to enroll with each company on the loading board. Even that they all have different criteria’s to meet in order to pick up a load. Central dispatch is a scammer. I also delivered a load for “the finest carrier” and they refused to pay me for one of the loads because of “damage” on the vehicle that wasn’t brought up weeks later until after I asked about my pay. This company has its scammers. DO NOT APPLY HERE! Super dispatch also usually requires ratings. ### 1/5 — Central dispatch needs to fix the issues with website access *2026-06-20* The website constantly logs me out every few minutes, forcing me to sign back in repeatedly and disrupting my workflow. Another major issue is that many brokers post the same vehicle multiple times. This clutters the load board and causes me to waste time sorting through duplicate listings. It also uses up my text messages and notifications unnecessarily when I’m trying to find legitimate new loads. For a paid service, I expect a more reliable platform, better account stability, and stricter controls to prevent duplicate vehicle postings. ### 1/5 — It’s horrible *2026-06-19* Every time you try and make it better .
