The latest update is bad, horrible. Not user friendly, confusing, can’t find the old options we used to have. Thought it would get better with time but, NOPE. Still hard to use.

The auto logout is annoying. I constantly have to log back in and the simple pin code option is not available anymore. Also having an issue where units on certain call types are not visible, no filters are set. CS support is SLOW to fix these issues. ADD Car Play functionality PLEASE.

The app logs out every 30 secs, making it unusable. We have multiple units a day and it happens on the regular.

Update is not as functional as previous app and also removed the option for a PIN to access.

Please note that passwordless options only appear if your device already has a supported authentication method set up (e.g., Face ID or device passcode). Since the recent update we are no longer to see all the units in our county.  If we try to filter units it tells us we have reached the max units of 1000.  In the previous version we never had an issue and you claim that was a 500 limit.  Now when searching for units they don’t even show and there is no way 1000 units are on the screen.  This has made the app much less useful for emergency operations as we previously used it for.  Please help make this useful like it was!

Was updated sometime in the last week and was completely reworked. I use this for my full time job and absolutely loved the convenience and the way it was previously set up, but then with the most recent update they moved around all the components on the main screen and now trying to use it on a call is a nightmare. Previously everything was as simple as possible and pleasing to the eye, now it’s just abrasive to look at and takes much longer than it needs to to do simple tasks that were easy in the old version. The utility was completely negated by what seems to be a misguided attempt to reinvent themselves.
