A couple of features it should add, being able to set availability for dates with multiple leagues (this has caused leagues to think I was unavailable even when I wasn’t), when there is only 1 registered name on the account you shouldn’t have to select the name every time, something nice to add could be adding an expected travel time from a home address to a match address just eliminating the need to go to a different app to find out. ### 5/5 — Drops out *2026-01-05* App drops out and won’t reinstall **Developer response:** Really sorry you hit this issue. Always crashes . Worked fine for a while and great idea . But now I need this to work and it doesn’t. We've just pushed a fix that's now live - please update and if it's working for you, we'd be so grateful if you'd consider updating your review 🙏🏻 ### 1/5 — Buggy *2025-11-23* Keep getting unable to communicate with the server error on logging in , happens all the time, currently unable to login for 2 days and leagues asking us to update availability and do match reports!!, games not showing up in spare section when the leagues insist they have uploaded , so can’t select them. Unable to call contact for a match through the app or even cut and paste the number, wish the leagues would stop using this app to be honest. **Developer response:** Sorry you're having trouble - the login issue sounds like something we need to look at on your account, so please email support@centrecircleapp.com and we'll fix it. Quick note on spares: they won't show if you're already appointed to a game on that date, which might explain what you're seeing. Happy organise a 1-on-1 call to explain & sort your issues. Been told by some leagues they want to use it but after 1 week it’s been ditched. Complete waste of time. Hopefully we can get you to lift your review 😊 ### 1/5 — Can’t open keeps crashing *2024-03-24* App crashes and will not open been like this for over a week now since the last update **Developer response:** Hi, We apologise for this, it’s a bug relating to older Apple devices. A fix is currently pending Apple review before being released into the App Store. We anticipate this to be 24-48 hours. - FIXED ### 2/5 — Very buggy *2026-07-06* Difficult to access. Verification still hanging after 8 days (states 24 hours), app hangs when attempting to open. Painful experience ### 2/5 — Location *2023-10-22* Not sure if it is the app or the information some else enters into it but don’t trust the map or location. Seemly always directs to the wrong place. Manager contact details should be able to click and open the email / call the from app but you have to swipe between app as you can’t even copy and paste the email address or number. **Developer response:** Hey Dave, Thanks for your feedback and so sorry for the pain! Nobody had told us until your review came along. We'll shortly be releasing an updated app version where you can adjust the fixture location. We're honest, acknowledging that small steps will make a difference. Thanks for making our platform the most comprehensive grassroots football tool ⚽️👊 Once released, we'd love it if you could adjust your review if you like what you see! ### 3/5 — Great idea, not utilised full potential *2025-09-10* Dates should be open for ANY football leagues you wish to operate on(leagues appointment officer should have choice of who is available and appoint from that list for that date). Once appointed, the app should make the referee automatically unavailable to any other league to help Appointments officers appoint. **Developer response:** Hi, This is originally how the system worked, but referee secretaries unanimously voted to change it due to the chaos it caused them. They needed a system that was efficient and where they could rely on the data being accurate. Many of them export availability from the system, so the concept of ‘close my date as soon as an appointment happens’ wouldn’t work on a spreadsheet. Appointments officers are often unpaid volunteers, giving up their time to support grassroots football, so we thought it right to listen to their wishes and create what they wanted. Sorry this hasn’t met your expectations, hopefully this explains the rationale and you’ll reconsider your 3 star review ### 3/5 — great idea but needs some work *2025-02-08* Fixtures are difficult to use and you have to select a league rather than be available for all leagues. There should be an option just to make yourself available for any game. The calendar doesn’t always update as well. As for the ‘spare games’ after I added a second league it now only shows me games for that league even though I know there are games available for the first league. ### 3/5 — A few issues but a work in progress *2023-07-08* I have lifted my review from a previous one star, the response backs and fixes are coming. A few minor issues on going but they are constantly under review,by the start of the season it will hopefully be ready but currently a work in progress. **Developer response:** Thanks for your review! Fixture acceptance is not working on manual fixtures (our system was never built for this) but everything else is stable. Fix being released soon.
