No journey planner, bus timetables are a badly formatted web view which don’t allow you to read the full stop name or scroll the timetable. Refreshing the scheduled time when checking for updates, the refresh pull down is too far down, requiring you to pull down and then pull again from that position before it refreshes properly.

I don’t know whether I should laugh at whoever was so incompetent they couldn’t design an app meant for tracking buses or be baffled that someone presumably with qualifications was paid to make this shambles of an app. Seriously, how difficult is it to make something track bus timetables? I’m sure the double digit iq random who designed this is laughing to himself about getting paid for hardly trying but honestly I’d be embarrassed I’m a grown man who designs apps and couldn’t have a functioning one to do two things 😂

It would help that if you tried to scan the qr coded ticket on the bus that it wouldn’t assume it was Apple Pay and keep blocking the code. I’ve complained to them over the phone and they’re equally as useless. Oh yeah also doesn’t tell you the departure times of the buses, I think the app is mainly used to keep people in employment.

Getting quite frustrated with Centre Bus! We have only 2 a day leaving our village. The 7.10 which we rely on to get to Grantham for a 7.54 train to work/college just seems to run on an adhoc schedule! Call Connect busses are so much better, but unfortunately I can’t book one at this time of the morning because call connect will not operate around the same time as Centre Bus, as they do not want to poach any Centre Bus customers (even the ones left stranded)! My daughter & I can only ring work/college so many times to say we can’t come in today due to no transport again!!! Which unables us to get to Grantham & get our trains! Other Busses still seem to operate through long Bennington, Allington etc: but for some reason by pass Foston. My loss of work & my daughters loss of college days is not on. Either a bus service operates or it doesn’t, this hit & miss service needs to be looked into. I know we live in a little village, but we run along side the A1, main route into Grantham, we do not live back & beyond & it is 2023! Every time I call to enquire why there was no bus, it’s due to sickness or just short staff, surely if that’s the case the buses that carry on running through Long Bennington (5 minutes down the road) could temporarily run through Foston to pick up passengers waiting for our number 24 which is not running AGAIN! Not rocket science

Since the update I’ve not been able to access the Centrebus app at all. All I’m getting is an orange screen. This is really inconvenient as I need it to board the Hospital Hopper 😡 I’ll pay my money to Ariva instead and go the long way round! Absolute waste of time 😡

The new update is dreadful. It doesn’t track the bus. It doesn’t open the map on you, it shows the entire world. It looks old as though it was created on windows 95. Why does it look like that?! 😂 took me a minute to see my pre bought ticket too. It’s hard enough to get the app to work and now it looks broken too.

Looks like some app developed in the 2000s, it’s clunky and difficult to navigate. Please revert the UI to the more modern and clean lool the app had before.

This is the most unreliable bus in Bedfordshire. The drivers are so disrespectful. The bus will leave you stranded or have you spend on uber. Don’t rely on it!

It has now been weeks since I made a formal complaint to Centrebus
They asked for video evidence of which I gave them and issued me with a complaint number.
But obviously thought I would forget about it as before Christmas.
I cannot forget about it as the knocked down sign is still broken outside my home and so are the tyre marks.
Every time I see a 314 bus I shudder!
Maybe this with remind the Operations manager ?

It won’t show my bus in the search, in fact it only shows about 8 busses in the search! And the tracker won’t show even 1 bus! Total rubbish.

Keeps logging me out as I try to access to check where the bus is. The only section that works is the ticket section to buy one… Never experienced this with other bus apps.

It's a simple story of the tracker did once work (although I would find certain buses would suddenly disappear mid-tracking), but as I wrote this in December 2024, it's been well over a month without any tracking or even information regarding delays and timings. Pairing this with the occasion of a bus never actually turning up.

Completely worthless app that doesn’t even show your favourite stops incoming, when you select bus tracker it just closes the app instead of loading, and if you log out all your saved information is lost.

The developers of this app would probably struggle to brush their teeth considering the way they manage this app is so pointless.

Uninstalled as I have no need for a broken app when the website is working better. I use Centrebus services to get to university and work on time but the app is not displaying buses on the tracker and I cannot even check services available in my city.

Even with wifi/ amazing service half the time the buses won’t load or it takes several minutes so your best bet is just waiting around and hoping that the bus does eventually arrive.

A new and updated ( both by the look of it ) application. 
One would expect their own route information to be up-to-date. 
However, they still think the 17/17A routes in Luton use Mayfield Road. 
Unfortunately, the bus drivers haven’t used that route for a very long time: they only used that route for a few months anyway. 
Standard Centrebus: couldn’t organise a beer festival in a brewery!!!!!!!
