At its heart is Matthew, a gentle AI assistant who helps you brain-dump the chaos, prioritise what matters, plan meals, build habits, and stay grounded through challenging days. No streaks. No shame spirals. No aggressive notifications. Just kind, considered support that meets you where you are.

- Brain Dump - Pour out everything on your mind. Matthew sorts the noise into tasks, ideas, and gentle reminders.

- Tasks & North Star - Set a guiding goal, break it into small steps, and track progress without pressure. Your garden grows as you do.

- Kitchen - Meal suggestions, shopping lists built from what you have, and one-tap hand-off to the store. Eating well shouldn't be a project.
