On 4 September (the same day as delivery), I raised a complaint and have been following up since then. However, neither the missing items have been delivered nor has my money been refunded. Calling customer service has been of no benefit—they only provide new dates without any resolution. While I understand the need to verify identity, recording such sensitive information feels unnecessary and raises privacy concerns. Lifestyle brands should limit themselves to checking the ID for verification rather than storing personal data, especially when it’s not legally required. Few days ago ,I had complaint and one of the Centrepoint assistant told me that it will be shipped and delivered for not more than 2 days ..greatly dissappointing with this app ### 1/5 — Worst Customer Service *2025-11-28, version 10.38.2* I had the worst experience ever with CenterPoint’s customer service. I made a return more than two months ago, and until today, I still did not receive my refund. I contacted them many times, and every time they promised that the issue was fixed, but nothing was actually done. None of the agents were helpful every call ended with zero solution, and during my last call, the agent even hung up on me. They are rude, unprofessional, and not willing to solve anything. I went to the store as well, but even the team there couldn’t help. I made several complaints, and not a single one was resolved. My refund is still missing, and it feels like a complete scam. I clearly mentioned my address is an office, but the delivery didn’t delivered i tried to contact him. No contact number and i called the logistiq office number so many times no response. And then i check with centrepoint customer service they’re also telling us they don’t have contact of delivery agent. Finally my parcel was dropped outside my office at 10pm without even contacting me. Tomorrow is week off so package will lie there until Monday. If it goes missing, who will br responsible centrepoint or logistiq or am i expected to bear the loss because i choose to order from your site. As a former Al rashid group Landmark employee. On 3rd day didn’t receive it so called them. They said they didn’t know what the problem was and I should wait for an email from them. Next day I get a message on the app saying my order is cancelled because apparently I cancelled it!!! Nobody cared to tell me there was an issue, nobody cared to try and help, and now the items I needed for a baby urgently have just been cancelled abruptly with no explanation and I’m left without any facilities for my child and now having to search somewhere else!!! At least call or get your 24 hour “customer care helpline” to apologise or at perhaps take a shot at pretending to give a damn…it’s so obvious she couldn’t care less. Apparently it’s a usual thing for your company. I will not shop there again and will advise others I know to do the same.
