Just like their fiber service. Only reason I'm still paying for this garbage is nothing else is available in my neighborhood yet. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2026-01-22, version 25.3.2* I just updated the app and it has not worked for me at all. If you have an established account and try to log in. You’ll get a message “Oops! Your email or password didn’t match.” Which creates such an inconvenience because if you try to make any updates to your account i.e. change password, check if service is down, remove electronic that connected to your service etc you can’t. The web version only gives you an option to view your payment. Everything else is done via app which is user can never log into. ### 1/5 — Fix it *2025-08-23* It doesn’t recognize my account unless I reset my password, also when I go to turn off or on internet for the kids devices it says there’s an issue. Between the “scheduled maintenance” happening weekly (yet still somehow going down just as often) and the disappointing speeds it’s not worth it. If I am lucky once in a blue moon will it actually load for me to do anything. Internet is advertised as 1gig Internet. I’m regularly getting 25-40mbps. Have tried to get someone to come out to look at my router and address twice now. You are put through to a sales person who tells you they will have the service team give you a call and they never actually call you back. The company’s website frequently throws errors when trying to log in. When it does work, the available features are minimal and not very helpful. What’s most frustrating is that, in practice, the service operates entirely by phone.
