We appreciate your time and look forward to making your experience even better. ### 1/5 — Bugs, bugs, bugs!! *2025-03-13* My coworkers and I dislike this door system. All of us are frequently forced by the app to log back in without being given a reason. Even when we log in, the door doesn’t always open. Sometimes the door fails to detect the phone, or it does detect but doesn’t unlock. The guy who has a desk next to the door despises his new role as the doorman. I would not recommend this system to anyone until, at the very least, the mysterious logout and failure to open issues are fixed. They’re incredibly frustrating, and I miss my good old fashioned fob. **Developer response:** Thank you for your review. With our newest update, we have added several fixes to prevent frequent logouts, and support for Cards and Fobs. We hope this update provides you with the best experience possible. Now everyone at my business can get a mobile key for convenience sake, but they don’t have access all of the time. This has improved my workflow, and I worry less about who has access to my doors.
