## What is Centrix HR?

Centrix HR is the official employee and manager self-service app for organizations running the Centrix HR system. Sign in with your work credentials, pick your company, and manage your HR day-to-day from your phone or iPad — in English or Arabic (full right-to-left support).

FOR EMPLOYEES
• Attendance — check in and check out, and review your attendance history.
• Leave — see your balances, request annual, sick, unpaid and other leave types, attach supporting documents, and track approval status.
• Overtime — submit your own overtime requests for approval.
• Payslips — view your payslips whenever you need them.
• Documents — request HR letters and certificates (e.g. salary certificates) and follow their status.
• Resumption — file and track return-from-leave (resumption) requests.
• History — a clear record of everything you've submitted and its outcome.

FOR MANAGERS
• Review and approve your team's leave, overtime, document and resumption requests through your organization's approval chain.
• Get notified the moment something needs your attention.

NOTIFICATIONS
• Push notifications keep you up to date — for example when your leave is approved, or when a request is waiting for your approval.

BUILT FOR YOUR ORGANIZATION
• Choose your company at sign-in.
• English and Arabic, with full RTL layout.
• Secure sign-in; data stays on your organization's HR server over encrypted connections.

Centrix HR requires an account provided by your employer. It is a companion to your organization's Centrix HR / Odoo HR system.
