### 3/5 — Needs some work

*2024-11-11*

The way the system is setup, you really can’t keep track of items with quantity chooses. So it will show you sold 50 trad wings, but doesn’t show the breakdown of 5, 10, or 20 pieces. This makes it hard to track which 20oz drinks sell the best. It would be nice to able to show orders by order type, like pickups. This would make it easier to see which orders are waiting for a dasher, or pickups. I’m legally blind (20/400) and when guests pay with cash, I have to touch my nose on the screen, because the popup with change due is grey, and tiny. Even on an iPad Pro 13 inch, it’s super hard o read. I really wish the modifier screen was the whole screen, instead of being like 75% of the screen, and really wish they use pages for the sub modifiers options instead of scrolling. And they waste so much white space on the top banner for Centro just so we can have a main menu option??? And do we really need the bottom banner as well? Do we really need to know who’s logged in, or the tablets name all the time in the order screen? Thankfully, with an 13 in iPad Pro I don’t need to scroll our main calzone menu anymore. I had an issue trying to find an order number to refund, because they only use the seq number for the payments. Yes, I know it’s under the ticket number, but I’m legally blind. I wasted ten minsters trying to find a second order for a anger customer. And it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone, because I’d like a tracking manual.

And while it’s nice that there is a choice of a counter soda, most don’t know which they want for a 20oz drink, so we should just ring in a 20 oz drink only for counter.
