## What is Centry?

Centry Wallet is a simple and private personal finance tracking app for iOS. All data stays on your device: no server, no registration, no analytics!

QUICK START
Create an account, select a currency — and record your expenses in a matter of seconds. No accounts, passwords, or clouds: the app is ready to use right after installation.

PRIVACY BY DEFAULT
 — All accounts, transactions, categories, and budgets are stored only locally on your device.
  — No server-side component and no analytics — your financial data is not sent anywhere.
  — The only network request is an anonymous retrieval of exchange rates, during which only currency codes are transmitted.

MULTICURRENCY
  — Keep accounts in different currencies simultaneously.
  — Automatic conversion and overall balance at current exchange rates.
  — The ability to manually set your own rate.
  — Rates are cached, so the app works completely offline.

WIDGETS
Add a widget to your home screen — the balance and recent transactions are always visible, without the need to open the app.

ACCOUNTING AND ANALYTICS

The app uses the open Fawaz currency-api exchange rate service (via the jsDelivr CDN with a backup on Cloudflare Pages); only currency codes are transmitted, and personal and financial data does not leave the device.

### 1.2 — 2026-09-08

Goals, a watch app, and an honest number for today.
• Goals live as colored progress rings on the home screen, between the date and your stats. Tap to open every goal in a sheet
• Move money to a goal with a regular transfer: your total balance still counts it, but it never counts as spending
• Closing a goal means you bought the thing. The money is spent, but the day you bought it doesn't turn into "-100,000"
• Goals appear in statistics like separate accounts: their own color on the chart and their own toggles under the accounts list
• "Can spend today" is now a real remainder: a 30.30 limit minus 10 spent shows 20.30, with the base amount next to it in smaller type
• The remainder goes negative when you overspend, instead of flipping from green to red
• Your reserve now adds to what you can spend today
• New setting — Accounts for daily spending: all of them by default, or just Cash and Card, so spending from Savings affects neither today's number nor the end-of-month warning
• Apple Watch app: home with your limit, spending and reserve; the full accounts list; history; and statistics with two charts — by day and by transaction. Add an expense with "+", change the budget right there
• Watch widgets: today's limit and what you've already spent
• A Lock Screen widget with today's number, no unlocking required
• Full accessibility: VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, large text and reduced motion
• Import history from CSV, including your own Centry exports
• Language and theme are the very first step of onboarding
• Fixed Siri: saying it out loud actually logs the transaction now

- Spending statistics, not just day-by-day — with dropdowns and different breakdowns
- Tap a stat block in History to jump straight into that statistic
- Tooltips on category bars: exact amount and share
- Order your accounts the way you want; the list now has room to breathe
- Change an account's target currency at any time
- Transfers keep the exact amount and rate you entered
- Delete categories, and reassign the account on any transaction
- A warning when an account balance goes negative
- The widget now speaks your language, and Siri logs transactions again
- Skeleton loaders across the whole app instead of blank screens
- Fixed input being lost when you started typing before the sheet opened
