Can you say nuisance? Manually logging in with username and password in 2020. Also you must accept some stupid user agreement EVERY SINGLE TIME you log in! Dumb app design that needs modernization. It is a Saturday afternoon and I am now unable to access information until a branch opens Monday. This is something I suggested over a year ago for both app and website.
