Credit Unions offer great services, lower interest rates and other perks that Banks do not. I was able to join because of my Employer. I will take full advantage of everything that is of interest to me to build my savings and fulfill my banking needs. However, I inquired about a debit card when I opened the account and have not received one. A Debit card for me, is a necessity in order to access and transact my banking business. My work hours do not allow me to get to an actual branch location during the hours of operation of the Credit Union.
