Not useful at this point. ### 1/5 — No account number *2020-09-15, version 4.1.1* What account number the only account number I got is my centurylink account never did have a mcafee account number so how are we supposed to the app makes this app worthless **Developer response:** The account number is actually an activation code. To get the code, you'll need to sign on to the Centurylink website with your account and either follow the steps in the messages or navigate to My Products to find the link to download McAfee Security. Neither one of these apps works. ### 1/5 — Not easy at all *2022-10-08, version 6.7.0* I had to call Centurylink support and let them dial into my Mac to get this installed. The tech said it would be easy to install on my phone and ipad. It’s not. Won’t take the activation code. Wants me to sign in. Won’t accept my email or my Centurylink account number. Still no activation on IOS iPad or iPhone. Still waiting resolution. Century link chat was useless and frustrating. Mcafee could not resolve issue so Mcafee is researching. However, trying to install on any other devices is a nightmare. Once installed there is no option to sign in, only to sign up, and I can’t use my email as it says I already have an account so I need to use a different email address. Was on hold with the online chat for over an hour before I gave up. CenturyLinks phone tree is s joke. After finally reaching a real person I was transferred twice and still no one could help me. DOA ### 1/5 — App stopped working *2021-06-06, version 4.5.0* So I tried to reinstall it, error messages, either activation code invalid or exceeded subscription number. Uninstalled on 2 devices to free up space but on 1 remains device still showing the 2 are active and protected when they are not. Jojo ### 1/5 — Too many Subscriptions? *2021-04-27, version 4.5.0* Can’t activate it on my iPhone because it keeps telling me I have too many subscriptions. So in other words I can’t have it on my desktop & laptops, iPhone & iPad. ### 1/5 — Not working. *2021-03-06, version 4.1.1* I entered my code, and it just stalls and does nothing.
